RECOMMENDATIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITY

WallStreetTeachers' HOT STOCKS SELECTION SERVICE is designed to provide information regarding trading opportunities being evaluated. It should in no way be construed as a recommendation to place any TRADE. The subscriber understands and agrees that all trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the individual placing the TRADE, and that WallStreetTeachers.com and its staff cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur from the use of HOT STOCKS SELECTION SERVICE. Additionally, the subscriber will not hold WallStreetTeachers.com responsible for not having received any HOT STOCK ALERT due to delivery failure over any transfer medium.

HOT STOCKS cannot offer individual investment advice in regard to buy/sell of its TRADE SELECTIONS.

HOT STOCKS will only provide our TRADE SELECTIONS; you must determine whether to place a TRADE and how much to invest in each, based on your knowledge of your personal situation and your specific risk tolerance.

TYPES OF SECURITIES

The HOT STOCKS HOT SELECTION ALERT service involves primarily equity selections. Investing and trading in stocks is a HIGH RISK behavior, and past results are never an indication of future performance. Trading can result in substantial or total loss of capital, and the subscriber must assess his own tolerance for risk, be vigilant, and use discipline in his trading decisions.

EXPECTATIONS

As an advisory service, HOT STOCKS will post HOT SELECTION ALERTS only for the STOCK SELECTIONS we consider attractive. There will be times when no recommendations have been made, if the market environment is considered to be unattractive. Under no circumstance will HOT STOCKS be expected or required to deliver a certain quantity of HOT SELECTION ALERTS during any period of time. The subscriber can expect the information to contain the specific security selection and its symbol, the type of execution (limit or market order), and the specific buy or sell information. The information may provide other commentary, depending on the time we determine may be needed for prompt execution of the TRADE.

RE-SUBSCRIPTION

HOT STOCKS is a Premium Service of WallStreetTeachers.com. A great deal of time and attention are devoted to finding, evaluating, and selecting the STOCK SELECTIONS, and as many of the necessary background processes as possible are automated, including auto-renewal of service. Therefore, the subscriber understands that any given month’s subscription charges are refundable only if notice in writing has been received by WallStreetTeachers.com a minimum of 48 hours prior to the charges having been processed.

Similarly, if the subscriber wishes to cancel his/her HOT STOCKS subscription to the service and avoid future billings, WallStreetTeachers.com must receive a written cancellation request a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the automated subscription renewal. Notice may be given via email to HOTstocksWST@yahoo.com or by Fax to 305-393-8439. Pro-rata share will not be refunded for monthly subscription or re-subscription charges already processed.

DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION

HOT STOCKS subscriptions are not transferable. Each subscription is limited to one email address for delivery. WallStreetTeachers.com reserves the right to retain total control of the dissemination of its HOT STOCKS SELECTION ALERTS and the information they provide. The Subscriber agrees that the information will be used for their own trading exclusively and that he/she will not transfer or otherwise disseminate the HOT SELECTION ALERT information to any other person or group of people in any manner under any circumstance. The subscriber also acknowledges their understanding that any unauthorized distribution of HOT SELECTION ALERT information will subject the subscriber to the loss of subscription services without refund and potential litigation proceedings.

INVOLVEMENT OF RISK

The subscriber understands that all trading, including the use of HOT STOCKS SELECTION ALERTS, involves a high degree of risk, and it is possible to lose all of your investment capital on any trade placed.

HOT STOCKS will only provide our trade selections; you must determine whether to place a trade and how much to invest in each trade, based on your knowledge of your personal situation and your determined risk tolerance.

HOT STOCKS SELECTION ALERTS should in no way be construed as recommendations to place any trade. In addition, the subscriber agrees that he or she will not hold WallStreetTeachers.com nor any of its affiliates, contractors, or service providers responsible for not having received any HOT STOCKS SELECTION ALERT due to delivery failure over any transfer medium.
