Subject: DJ-30 TARGET THE 200 SMA

Market Commentary: The market, DJ-30 closed up -51 points Monday. DJ-30 closed at 10,173

Financial Indexes, SP-500, DJ-65, QQQ, , SOX , SMH, DJ-20 closed lower.

************************* M.A.P. Overall Outlook. Long term, still bull mkt. Short / medium Term: 50sma targets hit , 200 sma within reach for the DJ-30.

*****************

Current Outlook: Tuesday's market saw the DJ-30 trade down until mid-day and then rally back to and thru the 50 sma. MOBO was 4 to 1 on Band breakouts to the upside VS the down side. Wednesday : Opening weak with a move over 10,200 and up to the 200 daily SMA. The price index Pong game is now between two major SMA's ; upper target for the DJ-30 is 10,255, the 200 SMA. And dip supports come in at the magic 50 sma at 10,140. Lower support is at 10,132 and

10,114. First Major support for the DJ-30 is 9,995. A break or 9,959 would send the market to the 1,000 Sma.

Again, I am cautious being long anything for more than a couple of days in this June, July, August, bear market move remaining heavily in cash.<<

*************

Big Picture: DJ-30, is in the Second major sell pattern bounce for the year. Upside Sell Targets would be would be the 50 sma and now the 200 for the DJ-30 for Rallies until we get price momentum back into the markets. .

Sector/Industry Spotlight: MG410, Banking , snap back up

US Dollar Good down day yesterday! Targets the 20 and 50 sma. For a bounce.

GOLD, Bounced off the 200 sma , but should be down or flat today.

I EXPECT TO AGAIN BE KNOCKED OFFLINE WITHOUT POWER, WATER, PHONES, OR CABLE AGAIN FROM THIS HURRICANE. (We do have a generator for electricity) The last interruption lasted 6 days, this outage could be much longer.

Any CD orders will go out today and tomorrow morning. After that .... well several weeks could be possible.

Stocks benifiting form the hurricane , LOW, and HD. They have as much as $1000 per house hold from our neighborhood. I would expect that number to be higher closer to the shore.

Current Outlook: Friday's market saw the DJ-30 Hourly signals suggest market rallies in the morning. Sell offs were rebuffed per our market comments Friday. Monday's Market:: looking like a down day re: the number of FLATS... (A FLAT WAVE slide show is available here in the Yahoo site under FILES and CD available). The DJ-30 was unable to hold the rally over the 200 SMA Friday. This again will be the `bar' to which it must perform. The `Fed" will most likely raise interest rates tomorrow at the FMOC meeting, hence my dollar call and the likely pressure on the stock market which should get quiet again later in the day, and early Tuesday.

Current Outlook: Tuesday's market saw the up day as projected with the sell-off running out of time for the new lows we saw coming for the day. That should happen today on the open. The DJ-30 was unable to hold and rally over the 200 SMA Friday and Monday. This again will be the `bar' to which it must perform. Wednesday's Market: Hourly pointing down for an AM down move, continuing Tuesday afternoon's sell –off. Today's open would be a bear Kicker if it goes lower … or bull engulfing if it opens lower and takes out yesterday's highs. Our vote currently is a lower DJ-30 that goes to the 50 sma.

Current Outlook: Wednesday's market saw the markets chop all day until the last 40 mins when we attacked yesterday's highs and went thru our DJ-30 50 sma target. The SP-500 confirmed the bounced off the 50 sma, as did the QQQ by closing higher. Thursday's Market: This is a market topping day and reversal from Monday's bounce. Dj-65, and Russell indexes are giving sell flats which would indicate a sell-off from any early rally highs. The SP-

500 should see a top at the 20 sma .
