Subject: DJ-30 STOCKS KISSING THE 50 SMA., DJ-30 AT THE MOBO AND 20 SMA
Market Commentary: The market, DJ-30 closed up 10 points Wednesday. DJ-30 closed at 10139
Financial Indexes, QQQ, SMH, SOX, DJ-65, DJ-20 closed HIGHER, except the DJ-65.
************************* M.A.P. Overall Outlook. Long term, still bull mkt. Short Term: M.A.P. Wave pattern bounce off SP-500 and DJ-65 support levels, now at a MOBO resistance …. minor resistance levels.
*****************
Current Outlook: Friday's market saw the DJ-30 down most of the day until the last 30 min where it bounced off the Thursday LOD (and 30 min. 50 sma ).. and rallied 55 points to close up 10 on the day. That 55 point rally we commented on thru the three waves.
Monday's market's should see weakness in the morning with the DJ-30 at the top of the MOBO band and the 20 sma resistance on the daily. I would expect a big down day if we break the Thursday and Friday LOD.
I also will be conscious of any "Key Reversal" move Monday to take us to the DJ 50 and 200 sma resistance areas . Any rally still maintains a downward trend unless we can close above the 10,310 levels
Again, I am cautious being long anything for more than a couple of days in this bear market move remaining heavily in cash.<< DJ-30 support 9900 and MAJOR support >>>>>9738<<<<< Resistance ,

Big Picture: DJ-30, are in the Second major sell pattern for the year. They are now in another M.A.P intermediate sell mode in an extended wave three. Upside Sell Targets would be would be the 50 sma for Rallies until we get price momentum back into the markets.
Sector/Industry Spotlight: MG734, Grocery Stores moving back to the 200 sma. Of interest GAP, AHO, SE, SWY, OATS
US DOLLAR Should see a pullback now to the 200/50 sma , that are on top of each other.
GOLD, Broke below the 50 sma . A rally to the 50 sma is now what we are watching for….still. Once thru then the 200 sma at $398.00

Tuesdays market should see an attack on the major resistances of the Dj-30, and the SOX at it's 20 SMA, and the SP-500 attacking the 200 SMA Any rally still maintains a downward trend unless we can close above the 10,310 levels

Current Outlook: Tuesday's market saw the DJ-30 down all day. SP-500 failed the 200 SMA. The DJ-30 failed the SMA 20 and is back inside the down MOBO.
Wednesday's market should see an attack on the lows of the markets of the last several days. The mkts have failed at good breakout points yesterday. The bearish engulfing patterns from Tuesday are signaling a negative move now back below the lows of the year. Any rally still maintains a downward trend unless we can close above the 10,310 levels.

*****************
Current Outlook: Wednesday's market saw the DJ-30 down all day with a +6pt close. The SOX index came within 3 cents of the 500 sma and bounced.
Thursday's market should see an positive bounce. All Indexes are giving buy "technical Flats" today . This is a one day bounce and will be heavily weighted on Friday's employment numbers for any follow thru. All indexes are still in a downward moving MOBO band and until they breakout up moves are considered `noise'. The DJ-30 still has a major stopping wall at the 50 and 200 sma at 10,237

*****************
Current Outlook: Thursday's market saw the DJ-30 down all day. We missed this one with erroneous technicals, and candlesticks. Yesterday's good news on a major oil price break were reversed by the decision of the Russian gov. to maintain a hard line against their largest oil producer/shipper for past taxes. We knew we were in a down MOBO, but were expecting a up day in a down mkt. SP-500 continues to failed the 200 SMA. The DJ-30 failed the SMA 20 and is back to the bottom MOBO. DJ-20 failed the 50 sma , that is now resistance for transportation.
Friday's market should see a continued move to attack on the markets lows of July. Big changes in oil prices could again move the markets as well as the Federal employment numbers reported Friday.
